My journey to becoming a chef and health coach began with a passion for healthy living and a desire to share it with the world. This led me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I became a Certified Health Coach, deepening my understanding of holistic wellness and nutrition.
To further hone my skills, I pursued formal culinary training at the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I gained a strong foundation in classic techniques. It was during this time that I experienced a profound personal loss: one of my closest relatives was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away just a few months later. This experience solidified my commitment to helping others achieve optimal health through the power of food.
Today, I'm dedicated to creating anti-inflammatory, gut-friendly recipes, especially for those with sensitivities like gluten intolerance. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses not just what we eat, but also how we move, connect, and find purpose.
In my own life, this means daily cardio and weightlifting, group meditations, and of course, plenty of time in the kitchen developing and photographing new recipes. I'm so grateful you're here, and I hope my recipes inspire you on your wellness journey.
